Photos from the Teacher Workshop: Laboratory Work – Optics
On Monday, May 12, 2025, a workshop titled Laboratory Work – Optics was held for teachers of physics. The session was led by Mgr. Jindřich Matoušek, Ph.D.
During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to try several hands-on activities that helped them become more familiar with the fundamentals of geometrical and wave optics. Using a simple mechanical model, they demonstrated oscillations, explored the properties of optical lenses, practiced measuring the refractive index, and examined light polarization.
