Modern Possibilities of Amateur Astronomy (Lecture)
We would like to invite you to a lecture titled Modern Possibilities of Amateur Astronomy, presented by Bc. Martin Mašek.
Martin Mašek works at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where he operates robotic telescopes within the FRAM project (Photometric Robotic Atmospheric Monitor). In his lecture, he will focus on astronomical observations carried out by the amateur community, their ability to systematically observe stars and other phenomena, and their contribution to scientific research.
The lecture will be held in Czech and it will take place on May 13, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in CPTO building, auditorium 1.03.
