CRYTUR AWARD 2025 – Competition for the Best Thesis in Materials Science
Do you have an outstanding master’s thesis in the field of materials science? Apply for the prestigious CRYTUR AWARD 2025 and win a financial reward of up to 40,000 CZK.
The Crytur Award is open to graduates of Czech and Slovak universities who have completed a master’s thesis focused on materials science and defended it between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025.
Applications are submitted as a tandem of the student and their supervisor, who can collectively win up to 40,000 CZK for the student and 10,000 CZK for the supervisor.
Theses can be written in Czech or English. The application must include an abstract, a declaration of authorship, and, if required, a printed copy of the thesis. Additionally, applicants should provide a list of publications and presentations related to the thesis.
Applications can be submitted until September 30, 2025.
